Inspired by four years wandering the streets of Brooklyn, Goodbye Ivan’s new album captures the feeling of the city at different moments throughout.

 

This album is a real promenade, explorations of Franklin Avenue being remade by gentrification, of being lost of Atlantic Avenue, long and noisy, of passing a cushy life in a Stuyvesant Avenue brownstone, of anxieties walking late through a blighted Herkimer Place…

 

A cinematic and ambient music composed mostly of electric guitars.
